Advisory Electronic Case Investigation Form (e-CIF) and Available Quarantine Facilities

The One-Stop Shop at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) will be implementing the QR Code system in accomplishing the Case Investigation Form (CIF) for the RT-PCR Testing for COVID-19. The new system aims to fast track mandatory health protocols upon arrival at the airport.

All returning overseas Filipinos arriving in NAIA are encouraged to register and fill out the electronic Case Investigation Form (e-CIF) to secure their own QR Code prior to their scheduled arrival in NAIA.

The following are the step-by-step procedures in accomplishing the e-CIF:

1. Open internet browser and go to https://ecif.redcross.com.ph
2. Fill out the form then click Submit
3. Save the QR Code in mobile phones or tablets by taking a screenshot or printing out a copy of the QR code
4. Present QR Code upon health assessment for the RT-PCR Testing for COVID-19 at the airport.
