Philippines showcases dive destinations at DRT Expo Shanghai

SHANGHAI – The Philippines’ array of dive destinations took center stage at the Philippine Diving Night Product Presentation and Networking on 22 March 2024 with the participation of Philippine dive resorts and dive-related businesses and the attendance of more than 130 dive enthusiasts.

In his welcome remarks at the event, Consul General Dinno M. Oblena highlighted the range of Philippine dive destinations and encouraged the attendees to explore the great wonders waiting for them in the Philippines, especially its rich and diverse diving scene.

Participating dive resorts and companies with dive-related businesses from the Philippines presented their respected dive programs and packages during the event.

Organized by the Philippine Department of Tourism (PDOT) – Shanghai, the event is a part of the Philippines’ participation in the Diving, Resort and Travel Expo, the largest diving expo in Asia which is held in several Asian cities, that ran from 22 to 24 March 2024 at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center. RERB to hold a meeting on 15 April 2024 (Monday), 9:30am

The Resident Election Registration Board (RERB) will hold a meeting on 15 April 2024 (Monday), 9:30am at the Philippine Consulate General in Shanghai for the hearing of the applications of registrants who registered during the period 01 January – 31 March 2024 for overseas voting for the 2025 midterm elections.

Please advise the Consulate General should there be any objections against the registration of the following applicants on or before 08 April 2024.
