TEMPORARY VISITORS VISA FOR INDIVIDUALS: 9 (A) PLEASURE VISA
Visa Application Form (chinese)
A. Requirements:
- Passport and travel document valid for at least six (6) months beyond the authorized date of stay in the Philippines; (photocopy of the data page and, for foreign nationalities, copy of Chinese Visa page)
- For Chinese, Two (2) Completed application form (duly filled-out and signed by the applicant with properly attached photograph).
- For Taiwan and other nationalities, One (1) Completed application form (duly filled-out and signed by the applicant with properly attached photograph).
- Copy of national ID or China residence ID.
- Original employment certificate/introduction from work unit written in English (or retirement certificate if applicant is retired)
- Proof of financial capacity through the following documents: (However, the Consular Officer may request for additional documents)
- Certificate of property ownership
- Bank statement
- Internationally-valid credit card (photocopy)
- Original notarized written guarantee executed by a Filipino citizen or Philippine company sponsor (Passport and/or other identification of the inviter may be checked)
- Written guarantee executed by an accredited Chinese travel agency (if applied through a Chinese Travel Agency)
- For minors (16 years old and below), copy of Birth Certificate and copies of parents’ passport.
- Minors travelling with person other than parents, need to apply for WEG (Waiver of Exclusion Ground).
- Hotel Booking may be checked.
- Confirmed return/onward passage ticket (photocopy).
C. Reminders:
- Applicants must apply in person or through accredited travel agents.
- All applicants must comply with the requirements demanded by the Visa Officer.
- Rude, arrogant and unruly behavior is a ground for denial of visa application.
- Processing and releasing of visa shall not exceed three (3) working days;
- Please see table for the schedule of fees. Visa fee is non-refundable.
- A written warning against drug trafficking and prohibition against peddling by tourists shall be included in the visa application form.
Length of Authorized Stay in the Philippines:
From Seven (7) to Thirty (30) days.
个人临时访问签证：9(A)旅游签证
A. 所需材料
- 护照或旅行证件，有效期至少六（6）个月以上，不包括允许在菲律宾的停留时间（复印护照资料页，如非中国护照，需要同时复印中国签证页）；
- 中国护照需要递交二份申请表并贴上二张2寸白底彩照，由本人亲自完整填写并签名；
- 台湾护照及外国护照需要递交一份申请表并贴上一张2寸白底彩照；
- 中国居民身份证复印件或者台胞证复印件；
- 工作单位出具的在职证明/介绍信原件，用公司抬头信纸并用英文书写；
（如申请人已退休，需提供退休证复印件）
- 通过如下证明证实经济能力，但领馆官员会要求申请人提供更多证明。
- 个人财产证明，房产证等
- 银行存款证明
- 有效的国际信用卡（复印件）
- 公证过的由菲律宾公民或者菲律宾公司提供的邀请函原件（需要同时递交邀请人的护照或者其他有效证件）
- 授权的中国旅行社的保证书(如通过旅行社申请时递交)
- 如申请人不满16周岁，需提供出生证复印件和同行父母的护照复印件。
- 未成年人不随父母同行，需要另外申请WEG (免除被驱除出境) 的文件
- 酒店订单
- 确认的往返或前往他地机票（复印件）；
C. 注意事项:
- 申请人必须亲自递交申请或者通过经认可的旅行社；
- 申请人必须提供签证官要求的所有文件；
- 粗鲁，傲慢及其不羁之行为将直接导致被拒签；
- 办理和签发签证不超过三（3）个工作日；
- 请参考签收收费表，签证费不予退还；
- 在签证申请表上写明警告严厉禁止毒品走私和禁止外国游客从事零售买卖。
可在菲律宾的停留期：7天到30天。
