The call was meaningful and substantive with both sides sharing information and observations that will help both the Philippine Consulate General in Shanghai and the Office of the Police Liaison Attaché in Beijing in carrying out their mandate to serve the interests of the Philippine Government and protect the welfare of Filipinos.END
