The Philippine Consulate General in Shanghai informs the Filipino Community under its jurisdiction that, per the COMELEC, the Digital Overseas Voter IDs of registered voters are now available online.

To request for a copy of your digital overseas voter's ID, please send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the following details:

• Subject: Request for Digital OV lD
• Body: Include your FULL NAME and DATE OF BIRTH

Please note that there are no printed copies of the Overseas Voter IDs available. Voters who need physical copies will have to download and print the Digital OV ID for their own file.
