FOUR Easy Steps

1. Fill out the online iRehistro form (copy the website link or scan the QR code above)
2. Click Review Application to be Generated then Proceed.
3. Download and print the generated form.
4. Bring the printed OVF 1 form to the Philippine Consulate General for submission and your biometrics

REGISTRATION IS UNTIL 30 SEPTEMBER 2024, MONDAY-FRIDAY, 9:30AM-4:00PM.
