Pursuant to IATF Resolution 160-B S.2022, beginning 10 February, travelers from visa-required countries-- including Chinese nationals --holding a 9(a) visa issued based on an entry exemption document (EED) may enter the Philippines SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • The traveler must be fully vaccinated (i.e., has received either the second dose in a 2-dose series, or a single-dose vaccine, more than 14 days prior to departure. The vaccine must be recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO) or the Philippines. Food and Drug Administration.
  • The traveler must present an acceptable proof of vaccination, which shall either be:
    • WHO International Certificate of Vaccination and Prophylaxis; OR
    • VaxCertPH (the official digital vaccination certificate of the Philippines); OR
    • Vaccination certificate issued by foreign government, provided this government already reciprocally recognizes VaxCertPH

Note: as of this date, the government of China has not yet recognized VaxCertPH.

  • The traveler must present a negative RT-PCR test taken within 48 hours prior to departure from country of origin (or first port of embarkation). In case of lay-overs, the traveler must not have exited airport premises or gained admission into another country.
  • If unable to present any of the acceptable proofs of vaccination mentioned in #2, above, the foreign traveler shall undergo facility-based quarantine until the release of negative results for an RT-PCR test to be administered on the 5th day of quarantine. After the quarantine, they shall then further undergo home quarantine until the 14th day from the date of arrival in the Philippines. During home quarantine, they shall be monitored by local (Barangay) authorities.

菲律宾对中国籍及其他需办理签证入境的外籍人士所需疫苗接种证明的说明

(自0210日起)

自02月10日起,需办理签证入境的外籍人士(包括中国籍),根据入境豁免文件签发的9(a)签证持有人,满足下述规定可入境菲律宾:

  • 入境人员必须接种全针剂新冠疫苗(如接种两针剂疫苗的需完成第二针疫苗接种,或者接种一针剂疫苗的需在离行前至少14天接种完毕)。所接种的疫苗必须是世界卫生组织或者菲律宾食品药品管理署认可的疫苗品类。
  • 入境人员必须出示受认可的疫苗接种证明,以下其一:
    • 世界卫生组织的《疫苗接种或预防措施国际证书》;或
    • VaxCertPH菲律宾疫苗接种证明(菲律宾官方疫苗接种电子证书);或
    • 在对等基础上,认可VaxCertPH菲律宾疫苗接种证明的外国政府,其相关政府部门签发的疫苗接种证明亦被认可。

注:截止本日,中国政府尚未认可VaxCertPH菲律宾疫苗接种证明。

  • 入境人员必须出示于离境国(或第一登机口岸)出发前48小时内的RT-PCR检测阴性证明。中途停留旅客不得离开机场或被允许前往他国。
  • 如不能出示上述第二条中规定的任何一款疫苗接种证明,外籍旅客必须在相关隔离场所进行入境隔离,直至第五天RT-PCR检测结果为阴性。随后,必须进行居家隔离至入境菲律宾后的第14天。居家隔离期间,将由所在地权威部门监测。
