The Philippines is a safe and fun destination, and its people are known to be hospitable hosts, friendly and welcoming to all.  The government attaches utmost importance to the safety of its visitors and guests, takes their concerns seriously and will act to bring perpetrators of crime to justice.  In the age of modern travel, whatever their destination, tourists should take sensible precautions when travelling.  The Philippines unequivocally condemns any act of violence against Filipinos or any other national, wherever this violence happens.

菲律宾是一个安全而又满载欢乐的旅行目的地，这里的人民以其友好和好客而闻名，欢迎所有来访客人。菲国政府高度重视来访客人的安全，严肃对待他们所关心的问题，并必将把罪犯绳之以法。在当下的旅游环境下，无论去何目的地旅游，游客们都该在旅行时采取合理的防范措施。菲律宾毫不含糊地谴责任何针对菲律宾公民或其他任何国家公民的暴力犯罪行为，无论这种暴力犯罪发生在何地。
